Digital Event Ticket Cancellation & Refund Policy

Tickets purchased for events at The Canadian Brewhouse are eligible for cancellation and a full refund if the request is submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled event date.

Cancellation and refund requests made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

To request a cancellation or refund, please email [email protected] with your order number, name, and event details.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
